I Do Services, LLC in Sacramento is a health and wellness collective led by Educational Psychologist and author Lady Michelle McCowan-Smith. For more than 25 years, she has walked with Veterans, Public Safety Officers, BIPOC families, and educators through trauma, anger, anxiety, and grief using trauma-informed, spiritually grounded care.

Our multidisciplinary team includes transformation specialists, behavior change experts, youth specialists, AOD-certified staff, vocational education leaders, and intake counselors. Together, we create a true "non judgment zone," where your story is honored, your culture is respected, and your goals guide each step of your healing journey.

Lady Michelle McCowan-Smith, BA in Behavioral Science, MA in Educational Psychology, MS in School Psychology with PPS credential, brings 25 years of school, prison, and community experience. 

Certified in trauma-informed care, ICF coaching, and AACC counseling, she blends lived wisdom with clinical training.

As a jazz-loving matriarch and globe-trotter, Lady Michelle weaves restorative stories, faith, and culture into practical tools for change. 

Her Timeless Healing DNA curriculum equips children, families, and schools to move between chaos and calm together.
